Peak Season - Christmas and Easter school holidays (excluding above two weeks)  - $2500

Shoulder - December 1st to week before Christmas, February and October school holidays - $1300
Winter special -1st May to 30th September (excluding long weekends) - 3 for the price of 2 nights.

Off peak - $1200 per week, $600 per three day weekend, or $500 per two day weekend.

Nightly rate - $320

Sleeps:- 10, 3 bedrooms plus bunk house (sleeps 4). 3 Bathrooms
Description:- Newly renovated 3 bedroom house plus bunk house. Large living/dining/kitchen area plus large deck. substantial pantry with most basics, so you can walk in and cook up a storm.
Options:- Linen available (bed linen, towels, beach towels etc) - prices on application

Deposit at time of booking

- Weekends - in full, at time of booking, with $80 'cleaning' deposit.

- Weekly      - 50%, up to four weeks before booking commences - less than four weeks, payment in full, with $80 'cleaning' deposit.

Bunk House - available for rent on its own - ideal for weddings.
Rates: 1 night $220 plus cleaning; 2 nights $330 plus cleaning (payment in full at time of booking).
