Members' charges are competitive, mostly quoting a "fee for success" basis. Some charge a 'Debt Lodgment Fee' (where consistent with local competitors, and gazetted legal fees may or may not apply. These should be clarified in your Quote. Special rates may be negotiated on larger collections.

'Legal Action' or 'Debt Collection' is particularly relevant where the debt may be disputed but, otherwise, the 'Final Letter Service' may be more relevant.
